SD-Access is not possible  without real Device.(since it supports both L2&L3). But if you are just configuring L3 then use any IOS XE image for SD-WAN.

DNAC 1.3.1 can be run with Minimum 10 Core  & 256 GB RAM. You need a server for that

even my Ryzen 9, 24 cores, 64GB RAM failed to run it. So a server is needed.

That’s the annoying part with the new IE lab . hardware intensive and demanding  which not everyone can easily afford.
