Passed the exam before the new year. There were around 5-6 new questions that you will not find in these dumps, but the questions were not so difficult and dumps should be enough to take the exam.

I passed today. Generally those dumps are good. There is a lot of questions from files posted.

The only issue is you can have 3 different files with all different answers. 

I would recommend to find correct answers and learn from there.
