这是我按照所有步骤作 CML 2.9 免费版和 CML 2.9 时出现的错误(我尝试过文件编辑方法、IDA 和普通十六进制编辑两种方法):

{"Input validation failed": [{"location": ["body"], "type": "string_pattern_mismatch", "message": "String should match pattern '^[a-zA-Z0-9,_.:<>=/+ -]{1,8192}$'"}]}
{“输入验证失败”: [{“location”: [“body”], “type”: “string_pattern_mismatch”, “message”: “字符串应匹配模式 '^[a-zA-Z0-9,_.:<>=/+ -]{1,8192}$'”}]}

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but when i edit it I have this hash fe2b46de381846331250931ea9d78fc4b1e943ff922da8f5010b9d95808e7af0 and it doesn't work
Others have the same problem ?

Any ideas on this? I'm using HxD and IDA, and I've double-checked that my edits are correct, but the hash always comes out as fe2b46de381846331250931ea9d78fc4b1e943ff922da8f5010b9d95808e7af0

All versions of CML up to at least 2.8 can be cracked by simply changing two bytes.
This guide assumes that you have knowledge of Linux and can use a hex editor.

Not sure what you mean by cloud function, so I'm gonna guess you mean providing external connectivity to your network and thus Internet as well.

You don't have to set a gateway on the main ethernet link (VM presumably, but could also be bare metal) to get external connectivity via bridge mode on the External Connection node in CML. You can also add a separate NIC or virtual NIC and go into Cockpit/Admin UI and create a separate bridge there, including VLAN settings.

You do need a gateway  for the NAT (default External Connection setting), however.

Regardless, once you disable telemetry, it appears you're good to go. Cisco might still get your IP if they dono't honor the No Telemetry option, but even if so... you're not using any additional identifiable information... so not sure what they could do in a legal sense. Seems pointless. Mine's got a gateway on 2.8.1 and use NAT and bridge mode all day. Cluster mode works well, too. 3 little SFF PCs running in clustered mode (more specifically, 3 host virtualizaed cluster and each host runs a CML clustered node). These are little hosts with 64GB RAM/6 cores each which struggled with an SD WAN topology individually, but run it spread out over 3 hosts GREAT. That shit is too advanced for me, but it's cool to see it run.

Hi. Can you please help me with this. I'm new to this stuff. I want to be able to ping, say 1.1.1.1 from nodes, but I don't want to break anything with CML itself after cracking it. I'm running the server on  VMware and I've configured network adapter as 'Host-only'. I think CML server doesn't have external connectivity, but I need external connectivity for nodes. Also the Breakout tool can't get the running Lab and its nodes. how do I fix that? Please help!
