Popular Post juan
Hi guys, Not sure whether it is allowed or not to share external web sites as blog entries with information @adminย , @administrator. Just in case, I am posting a link of a guy with advise on lab exam preparation which can be useful. As it is the case of CCIE-SP, which I read a lot of theory before taking the exam, I guess the same applies to JNCIE-SP when it comes things to take into account the day of the exam and throughout the labbing. Things as simple as the keyboard model used to take the exam are really impacting when it comes time optimization! Spoiler This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up I still have to take JNCIP, but I am studying for being ready to take JNCIE within a year or less. If you want to include more resources here, they will be welcome. Cheers, juan 159 39 3
R2013
best way is to use your own keyboard. I used my one. copy/paste must be effective else you will have hardly time and possibility of time shortage.

Otherwise, if you attend to some Juniper official test taking place, they will provide with their own keyboard. Isn't it?ย Agree with c/p stuff, but also layout if you have your local language layout keyboard, some keys could be moved to other places in the keyboard at the real exam

Popular Post juan
Hi guys, anyone has taken JNCIE recently? How is is the online proctored delivery when it comes lag in keystrokes, for instance? I have seen also scripting is needed, as Python embedded modules. Is that really asked in the real lab? heri
I took lab recently. Yes, there is a task about python scripting. You have to modify the prepared .py file to make it work. ย It was not really hard. If you can read the character, you can solve the task.

juan
I've read online proctored lab is laggy and that's a worry. Should then I go to a test centre of Juniper? Difficult decision ๐ย
R2013
My suggesting would be Juniper test center there will be no disconnection or lagging issue. Also for doubts, proctor is there to clarify it. Rest depends on our thought. All the best

I am making labs from all-access pass Juniper learning, and the lag is quite appreciable. For a real exam that lag would actually impact in your time performance. Here in Europe the closest location is Amsterdam. So I guess it will be a visit to the country of tulips...

I cannot share anything as all materials are copy protected and not printable or downloadable. Anyhow, the self-study JNCIE package is not included in the all-access pass. I know it is worth some USD600... I will update on this in the future if I can get access granted to such study bundle and not linked to my company. See attached datasheet, clearly stating (in description) and showing (in table) that JNCIE bundles are included in the all-access pass. I guess your employer-associated all-access pass may be different from this all-access pass, but as far as I am aware there is only one-version of the "all-access pass." ย Good luck with your certification endeavors. mo9750
To respond to Juan, i have taken a remote JNCIE lab recently (May 2021) and the lag was acceptable. However, the biggest risk of the online remote lab is the stability and reliability of your Internet access. If something happens, you are on your own since you are responsible for your own equipment and internet access unlike the onsite lab in Juniper facilities. For me it went well fortunately but you need to keep this in mind if you decide to take the lab online remotely - there are risks. TX.ย
