Some day, when you get into a position of power or responsibilty. They will be able to blackmill you . Maybe as simple as ask to sent your engineers to them for training, maybe for more... pretty sure the "owners" are in tech industry... so good luck to having to worry about your reputation and standing for rest of your career ....

Managed to get it running on a ThinkPad Laptop wit 128GB RAM, 2TB NVME wit 8 Cores. Takes a bit longer but running fine as a VM on VMware workstation.
