Guys anyone have an update on this task? From posts in this thread I understand that HQ is now configured as Area 1, but what about the links connecting HQ to DC? Are these links in Area 0 or 1?

On task 1.9, if you look at the solution in the PDF they are removing BGP AS 65002 and creating BGP AS 65001 on both R21 and R22. I believe the reason for this is to avoid prefixes from HQ to be learned on DC and vice-versa. I believe a better solution for this would be using an as-path access-list. The task prohibits using route-maps but there's no mention about other filtering techniques.
