It seems file is corrupted. Kindly share  a valid export file.

Here's the next version of the file exported directly from a working lab.

could you share a non pro version of the lab? i think most of us, is using community version of eve-ng

Ideally, the same file should work for both pro and community edition.
Since I am running eve-ng-pro and can not natively install the community version on the same box, I recommend you try and import it to eve-community and see if that still works.
