I just came on to say that from 10.1.0 to 10.2.0, the appliance/software required content version of 8529 or higher. I tried to upload and install panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381 while the PA-220 was on 10.1.0. Installing panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381 while on 10.1.0 didn't work as PA-220 kept on complaining that it needs to connect to the internet or can't verify panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381. Any chance you can also get 9.1.0?
