Oops. I see my error. I forgot to upload and install 10.1.10-h2 before going to 10.1.0.

You able to provide content upgrade file that is version 8529 or just a few higher? I tried to upload and install panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381 while the PA-220 was on 10.1.0. Installing panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381 while on 10.1.0 didn't work as PA-220 kept on complaining that it needs to connect to the internet or can't verify panupv2-all-apps-8775-8381. I tried the SCP workaround, but still the PA-220 kept complaining. I really don't have a clue what to do next.

Ty. I just came on to say that from 10.1.0 to 10.2.0, the appliance/software required content version of 8529 or higher. I hope this solves my problems.
