I believe it's not because I've known SPOTO for a long time, I've already used it for other exams. I have a friend who used their rack for the CCIE 1.0 version and it is very fast, and I don't understand why they haven't updated the workbook yet. Before purchasing the CLC I first went to SPOTO but it's been a while since they updated it to version 1.1
