I ran this in EVE-NG Pro with E1000 NIC, 8GB RAM, 2 CPU and -machine type=pc,accel=kvm -nographic -rtc base=utc -cpu host settings.

It wasn't working with version 10 settings

You have to wait for 15 mins before login prompt is changed.

I used these settings in EVE-NG E1000 NIC, 8GB RAM, 2 CPU and -machine type=pc,accel=kvm -nographic -rtc base=utc -cpu host

It works for me.
