CCIE-EI Lab - Discussion

Is anyone taking CCIE-EI lab soon? I got update that Spto and CLC doesn't have updated questions for new sections, how reliable they are ? I'm looking forward to take it in next month and i'm looking for suggestions and help.

I took the lab recently, but I haven't seen any proof of the updated design nor implementation sections anywhere yet.

The updates for the lab section were far harder than previous.

Are you saying that the SPOTO and CLC dump are out of date?

I haven't seen any updates yet, that make me believe they have new content.

I asked SPOTO and they will support updates for the first 3 months after purchase.
The current workbook seems to be up to date, but based on MrPlinkett's experience, I don't think SPOTO or CLC is really getting the latest lab exams.

One of my fried failed the exam, as per him, Section 2 [2.1], Question had more to it than what Spoto is giving and same goes for clc.  I booked for June and was using the clc till now, but considering the fact that there is no new update now, I think I will have to drop the exam.

My exam is in early June ; not sure which solution to buy (spoto/CLC)

When did you took your lab exam ? which sections were harder  ?

When are you taking your exam ? and I see that 2.1 question seems to be really incomplete, like it's just half of the question.

Early April.

Seemed like tasks were along the same line but far tougher, for example static DHCP reservations for certain hosts.  

Do you have an updated Spoto doco? I can confirm if it's the correct Q or not.

Someone tell here in forum that is possible do section 2.3 , how i can setup my eveng IOL to do 2.3 section?

It is possible. Do not use IoL because the Lab isn't using it. Use the IOSv stuff because that is what you will run into on the actual lab, and it comes with its own set of special issues to deal with.
