when i tried to open Velocloud Orcehstrator or Velocloud gateway it just show blue and then gray and it saying

Thanks for your video i have confusion Can you help me wht is the configuration of that Router? on both interface? also when i did same userdata and metadata but when i try to start Velocloud Orchestrator it went blue and then gray it's not turning up
