  1. First of all, thanks for the upload, but, can you upload to another server. I can't download it.
  2. Thanks, but I can't download it. Only for registrered users.
  3. As it did not let me import the virtual machines manually since it gave an error, what I did was choose the type of import such as copying the virtual machine (create a new unique identifier) and there in the options, leave the path where they will be saved by default the files of the virtual machine, and that of snpashots, paging and that of virtual disks, the directory of the virtual machine that imported, and everything solved. I have all the machines operational again.
  4. The problem comes when I have to import the virtual machines in Hyper-V. Everything is done from 2 .ps1 files that comes inside the lab. It goes without saying, that although I have already mounted it once (I had to remove it, and now I need to put it back), when something crosses me, it crosses me, but right now I can't find the solution. VM-Pre-Import-20410D.ps1 runs this. $drive = Read-Host "On which disk drive are the base images extracted?" $drive2 = Read-Host "On which disk drive are the course images extracted?" $path = $drive + ":\Program Files\Microsoft Learning\Base\" $path2 = $drive2 + ":\Program Files\Microsoft Learning\20410\Drives\" Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-DC1\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-DC1.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Drives\MT14A-LON-DC1.vhd")) Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-CL1\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-CL1.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Base14C-W81-Office2013.vhd")) Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-CL2\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-CL2.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Base14C-W81-Office2013.vhd")) Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-SVR1\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-SVR1.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Base14A-WS12R2.vhd")) Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-SVR2\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-SVR2.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Base14A-WS12R2.vhd")) Set-VHD -Path (Get-Item ($path2 + "20410D-LON-RTR\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-RTR.vhd")) -ParentPath (Get-Item ($path + "Base14A-WS12R2.vhd")) And as it indicates in the two variables with which the file starts, on one hand it asks where the base files are, and on the other where the extracted course files are (the virtual machines), then with the powershell command it creates the virtual hard disks that it will need for the laboratory. ImportVirtualMachines_20410D.PS1 runs this. $drive = Read-Host "On which disk drive are the course virtual machines extracted?" $path = $drive + ":\Program Files\Microsoft Learning\20410\Drives\" Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-CL1\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-CL2\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-CORE\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-DC1\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-RTRVirtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-LON-SVR1\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-SVR2\Virtual Machines\*.xml")) Import-VM -Path (Get-Item ($path + "20410D-LON-SVR3 Virtual Machines\*.xml")) With the two variables with which the file starts, it asks again in which disk are the virtual machines files, and with the second variable, it assigns the path where they should be. Then with the powetshell command, it imports the virtual machines, making a call to the XML configuration file of each virtual machine. Now comes the third leg of this mess, the XML configuration file. The file contains many configuration variables, but I'll keep this. <_83f8638b-8dca-4152-9eda-2ca8b33039b4_> <controller0> <drive0> <pathname type="string">D:\Program Files\Microsoft Learning\20410D-LON-LON-CL1\Virtual Hard Disks\20410D-LON-CL1.vhd</pathname> <pool_id type="string"></pool_id> <type type="string">VHD</type> </drive0> In pathname type, we would put the path where the .VHD file of the virtual machine would be located. In my case the path where the VHD hard disk that the virtual machine will use is located. <slp_data_root type="string">D:\Program Files Microsoft Learning\20410Drives\20410D-LON-CL1</slp_data_root> <snapshots> <data_root type="string">D:\Program Files\Microsoft Learning\20410\Drives\20410D-LON-CL1</data_root> <list> <size type="integer">0</size> </list> </snapshots> In those two entries, I understand that we are indicating the path where the virtual machine data is located, in my case as, the path set. It goes without saying, that all the necessary files are in the paths where they should be. Now we go to run the file ImportVirtualMachines_20410D.ps1, it should correctly import the virtual machines, but I find that instead of importing the virtual machines in Hyper-V, it returns an error Import-VM : No se pudo importar una máquina virtual. + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Import-VM], VirtualizationException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : OperationFailed,Microsoft.HyperV.PowerShell.Commands.ImportVM Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong that is preventing me from importing virtual machines? Thanks a lot for the help, I need very very urgently help to solve this problems. 6D9DC124-21B2-48B1-99A3-EAB5A85EA1B7.XML
