Yes, it is correct. In fact, Both 400-007-unlocked_3-16.fixed PDF and VCE files are OK and exactly same. You should see 1st page note "CCDE 400-007 updated March 16 and valid as of July 4th." Files named 400-007-unlocked_3-16 are missing 2 answers and VCE file has wrong title "2-28" but Everything else is the same. "400-007.pdf" file shared here on 1st and 6 page is NOT GOOD; DO not use it !!! You will see some wrong answers. Best of Luck !

he forgot to change title of that vce. Anyway find VCE or PDF named "400-007_unlocked_3.16" or "400-007_unlocked_3.16.fixed" to use; Do NOT use PassLeader stuff !!!
