ENCOR and ENARSI are NOT locked, just CCNA is.

i didn't purchased the CCNA netsim .     I have paid for  CCNP  only.

I don't think it worth it,  may be i wrong.   can forum members confirm me if it's worth to buying ccna netsim or not ?
