For this VM, you need approx 96 GB RAM + 64 to 88 vCPU + 1 HDD of 700gb.

You don't need license, if you can install will work. You will need ISE and physical switches.

I tried DNA-C v2.1.2.7 with 48 vCPU and 256GB RAM on ESXi 7.0 . The more vCPU the better the performance.

Newer versions are more stable.

It is working well in my lab so far.

Have anybody successfully deploy this in a VM ? Any license installation required ?

The LIC Dependes on SW , RtRs , WLC , those must have DNA License Advantages

Managed to get it running on a ThinkPad Laptop wit 128GB RAM, 2TB NVME wit 8 Cores. Takes a bit longer but running fine as a VM on VMware workstation.
