Sorry, not sure I see any any license file in there..

Can you please guide which one is it, isn't it suppose to be a (.lic) file ?

No one will give you a file with a license! Moreover, this does not exist! Read about Smart licenses here

In Cisco IOS XRv 9000 Router, the licensing would be Smart Licensing only. Therefore, you need to enable Smart Licensing, and it would not include a Node Locked Licensing implementation at all. The XRv 9000 Router communicates to the Cisco Licensing Cloud to provide a report of which features and to what scale the system is being used.

Can this also be used for an 3048TP?

Latest version would be: nxos.9.3.12.bin according to Cisco.

If u have NX-OS 6.0 then u must make some intermediate upgrades.
The first intermediate upgrade is to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(2a), while the second intermediate upgrade is to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(10)
The third upgrade is  from 6.0(2)U6(10) to the intermediate release 7.0(3)I7(8).
And the last upgrade is to NX-OS 9.3(x)

Data Center Network Manager   must be upgarded too  to my mind.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not really into Cisco. I'm getting this from my colleague :).

I'm not sure yet which version the switch runs. I'll check the upgrade process you've provided. Thanks.
