I added the magnet links to Transmission yesterday, and more than 24 hours later, they're still sitting at 0%. Is there a tracker I need to add or something?

u must use  utorrent or qbittorent  with protocol version 3 and higher and use  port connection not automatic but manually port number below  1023, eg 443.  Otherwise, DHT will not work., bcos our ISP  block ports higher 1024  for  torrents DHT

OK, I've installed qBittorrent 5.14 on a Windows machine, and in the Options menu, I have tried setting Peer Connection Protocol to both "TCP and uTP" and just "uTP". My Listening port is set to 443, and I allowed Windows to create a firewall rule. Still sitting at 0 on everything.

Nevermind, it just took about 5 minutes to start. Downloading at roughly 15MiB/s now, thanks for the help!
