They're all reserved. It's the only VM on ESXi. Nothing else is on the host but DNAC.

You probably don't understand.

To get real, non-shared vCPUs, you need to purchase a dedicated or bare-metal instance from a cloud provider
 or use dedicated CPU functionality on a hypervisor like ESXi or KVM. 
The concept of a "real vCPU not shared" is often referred to as dedicated CPU or CPU pinning, 
where a virtual CPU is mapped to a physical CPU core or thread that the VM exclusively uses, preventing other VMs from accessinп

Processors 32 vCPUs with 64-GHz reservation dedicated to the VM  

VM Memory 256-GB Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) with 256-GB reservation must be dedicated to the VM

VMware vSphere version (7.0.x or later) and  a 3-TB solid-state drive

try to give more memory

Hi.

For the ASR-1001-HX we got donated for a non-profit, I would like to request the latest software that doesn't include call-home licensing, and allows 3rd party transceivers.

For example asr1000-universalk9.17.03.02.SPA.bin does not allow 3rd party, even with "service unsupported-transceiver" 😞 Upgrade broke my switch 😞

So now I'm looking for (in order of preference):

 

1)

asr1000-universalk9_noli.16.06.09.SPA.bin and/or

asr1000-universalk9.16.06.09.SPA.bin

(afaik the latest 16.x version without smart licensing? correct me if I’m wrong)

and pp-adv-asr1k-1612.1a-37-54.0.0.pack (latest for 16?)

(just to see if they removed some of this restrictive crap in later versions, anyone knows?)

You should throw away those old phones !   MPP version 10  has been removed from the cisco website for a long time.

found a 8865 for 2 dollars at a goodwill, figured i could get it working with an open source PBX but its got the enterprise firmware unfortunately. So been looking around for 10.3 3PPC/MPP.

Thank you so much! Though the 3rd party transceiver issues were taken out in this branch, the call-home is unfortunately forced on.

Do you perhaps also have these versions that don't have "smart licensing"?:

I have an EVE-NG setup, but it seems that whatever 2023 images I used for the vIOS doesn't have VRRP functionality when I'm trying to practice for CCNP, so I wanted to try to get a newer set of images.
