Just checking but why are you still using 4.x it's EOL?

AnyConnect 4.x is no longer maintained. All customers must upgrade to Cisco Secure Client, Release 5.x, for ongoing ISE Compliance Module updates.

We are using the ISE Compliance Module 4.x, for which CISCO continues to provide ongoing updates.

The message is clear: AnyConnect 4.x is no longer maintained, and we should use Cisco Secure Client 5.x with updates from the ISE Compliance Module, such as 4.3.x. Importantly, the ISE Compliance Module has not yet reached its end of life (EOL).

Hi, It seems there have been a few posts for asr920-universalk9_npe.16.09.08.SPA.bin but the links are not valid. We are trying to bring a ASR920 from 03.05 up to 17.02 but per a SB we need to upgrade first to the intermediary. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

in regards tot his. I kindly request for some assistance. I have tried everything regarding compacting the image, even reset my switch but i  keep getting the error   when i try to install: "Return code 0x40930084 (Upgrade cannot be continued with non-compact image!. Please use SCP compacting for a compact image and retry ISSU.)".

I have also created a dummy tftp and ftp server but each time I run it, I get that compact is an invalid command.  I have tried everything and just kindly requesting for the assistance with the compact version of this:

n3500-compact.9.3.14.bin

n3500-compact.7.0.3.I7.10.bin.

I tried the procedure but it doesn't work. I get the error that compact is an invalid command when upgrading from the 6.0(2)A8(11b) version.
