l used proton vpn after  every 5GB you  disconect and connect o another Server . Took me days but most of it l downloadedfrom 11pm to  5AM. So 5-6 Connections free on Proton vpn thats like 30Gb and the your normal Internet   no VPN another 5GB + have a work VPN naother  5. Gb
