Can not see titles and headers due to white theme

[hikaru]

Hello

My Theme is white at the moment . While, I'm moving cursor on titles , color will be changed to Blue and revealed, before that, I can't recognize it and nothing showed.

At the top , a row is pinned . I try to change theme with clicking on 🌙 and still does not change.

Is it normal or there is a way to change it ?

Thanks
