thanks, i have installed and booted the VM, i can log in as kiosk but i do not understand how to launch the lab, how do we start each lab ? please could someone clarify step 9:  Open a terminal -- install course as: standalone rh124

Can anyone explain how to use it?
Do i need preparation file step by step to be done firstly? (i do not have "rhci-foundation-*.iso" file here, should i download it?). Also do i need noth cdrom and pendrive or 2 pendrives (there is some info about 64gb cache partition).
Or should i start from the ClassRHAPrep file? 
Or this img file already contains installed trainer env? Please advice...
