Exam pattern these days are changed so passleader is completely OUTDATED 

OUTDATED (PASSLEADER IS WASTE)

OUTDATED (ACTUALTEST IS WASTE)

OUTDATED (SPOTO IS WASTE AND NEVER ON MS EXAMS)

OUTDATED (exatopics you will get sometime sometime don't so no gurantee)

Best to best is chinesedumps.com orelse proxyexams.com they are killing it and also showing LIVE exams these days.

First come with case study for 7 questions about  Litware. Inc. is a financial company that has a main datacenter in Boston and 20 branch offices across the United States. Users have Android, iOS, and Windows 10 devices.

all are new questions to me.

Which were the labs ? Is the examtopins.com valid or not ?

There's only 1 lab/Case study. Totally new. never seen it before. Its about Front door and AppGW design.

Only 40%~ questions I've seen before in examtopics.

My recommendation, use the dump as the point for you to read the technology. Don't just memorize the answer. Try to understand it.

Watch John savill videos as well.

can't remember about D&D

 

there's a question about WAF  with the  ruleID issue for the public IP getting drop.

a question about how many IP left (can't remember what solution, but I think it was NAT or App Gateway), but it didnt give you in CIDR format (/2x), but they give in subnet format (255.255.xxx.xxx). so try to remember your subnetting.

DNS on prem to Azure DNS scenario.

and D&D, i think around 2 question, but can't remember the exact question.

Passed recently. 

There's a question about P2S with Entra ID authentication configuration

A configuration step for a new NAT gateway with a vnet already have a VM with PIP attached.

again a question about how many IP available in the subnet after a VPN/NAT gateway was configured.

Front Door and Traffic  manager stuff.

WAF setups

no Lab, 1 use case

watch John Savill's playlist.

examtopics/ITexam etc, some of the question is in the exam, maybe 50%, it just the answer mostly wrong, try to figure out.

Don't forget to use the open book function in the exam.
