Cisco does not list it as a video-only course. Most of the content is non-video. Most of the course content is text pages / slides. It is those text pages that are missing from the share here. The way the course goes is, for example Section 1, item 1 (Video) Section 1, item 2 (Text page) Section 1, item 3 (Text page) Section 1, item 4 (video) Hopefully this clarifies the "breaks" that you are pointing out in numbering. Those missing bits are supposed to be text pages, between videos.  Did you know that you can check all of this out for yourself ? You can create a Cisco account if you do not have one already, or create an additional one, and Cisco will give you limited access to the course where you can validate all of this.  You can even get almost full access for free for three days, and download (and hopefully share) any and all of the material that you think is missing.
