I believe INE has a basic plan now for $39 a month for ENCOR, if you can find a way to pay for it probably 3 months is all you need then cancel your subscription. When comes to quality material you will just have to sacrifice money out of your pocket you are investing in yourself and it's worth it. To be honest with you Cisco white papers does offer a lot I know it is a lot to read it but it is good alternative if you are dealing with financial issues.
