*And just realized its an old thread* I did it the hard way and I couldn't find a better way. Copy and pasted all text, snipping tool all images, and used a chrome plugin called "Video DownloadHelper" for all videos. The plugin looks fake and cheap, but honestly have used it many times for pulling embedded videos off sites. Dumped everything into OneNote, using Section groups for training modules, section per topic, and page per page under those topics. Any videos I pulled I have on my NAS and reference the file at the top of the page. Have to format the text a bit, but maybe you won't care and can just dumb. Not going to lie, this took me forever, but has been and will be invaluable moving forward.
