CCIE Collaboration v3.1 Software Image

Hi Guys,

Is there any download source or way to get the Collaboration v3.1 software image? According to the release notes, they are UC v14 image. 

I search for NFR but it's available to purchase via thru Cisco partners, not for individual. 

Or if someone can download the image maybe can share it here.
