Myccie Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Hello Folks, I am trying to install DNAC 1.3.x.x on Dell PowerEdge R820. I have enough resources and the installation goes without any error, however when the installation completes I am not able to login to the DNAC GUI also not able to issue "maglev package status". Any idea on why it is nor working or anyone else faced the same issue? My Server Resources: CPU: 4X12 2.4GZ RAM: 767 SSD: 4TB
Myccie Posted May 21, 2023 Author Posted May 21, 2023 (edited) I tried both admin/maglev credentials, but non of them worked. the CPU is v2. Edited May 21, 2023 by Myccie

Myccie Posted May 22, 2023 Author Posted May 22, 2023 I have the same number of the disk too. Check the screenshot I provided in my initial post.
masterjack Posted May 22, 2023 Posted May 22, 2023 1. Try to set vCPU to 44 Core 2. calculate the ISO file MD5/SHA checksome and compare with Cisco listed checksome ( to make sure iso file is not corrupted).
Myccie Posted May 22, 2023 Author Posted May 22, 2023 I did all of these. The only thing I am not sure of is the RAID configuration. On my server, I tried it with RAID0, RAID1 and RAID5, and I am not sure if it requires any specific type of RAID configuration.
