[REQ] What is the best software to simulate exams?

Hi community

When i want to study for one exam i search information and create my own testdump, to do this i use  "Avanset VCE Exam Simulator Pro v1.0.2" (cracked) this software is too old but i cannot find any other tool that give me the same features. (I want to change this software because i want to add the feature "shuffle answers")

This week i find one tool free calls ispring quizmaker but as you know the free dont have all the features also try with google forms (when you put one question per page you cannot shuffle questions also i want a offline software) and QuizFaber (GUI is too old and you cannot add explanations to the questions).

If someone knows about one tools whom provide all the features and it is free  or cracked and can share i will be grateful
