Cisco 4451 router security license

Is it possible to crack cisco security license for 4000 series router or the performance license?

Not a real crack, but almost the same:

Pre-note: the device should not have been registered with Smart before

- Create a smart account (it's free)

1.    Initial config
2.    Install isr4400_rommon_1612_2r_SPA.pkg
3.    Install isr4400-universalk9.16.06.09.SPA.bin (Everest) (or isr4400-universalk9.16.08.03.SPA.bin (Fuji)?)
4.    Activate RTU lic’s of choice, e.g. security and perf
5.    Install latest Fuji release, e.g. isr4400-universalk9.16.09.08.SPA.bin
6.    Create token within smart portal
7.    Install latest Gibraltar release, e.g. isr4400-universalk9.16.12.06.SPA.bin
8.    Configure smart on device and register with smart, with previously generated token
9.    [OPTIONAL] Install latest 17.x.x image of choice

All configured licenses are now accepted as permanent
