I found many of these questions posted on many sites as training material for the exam. I think a lot of them can be found on live exam.

Just wanted to confirm that the dump is still valid.

I  took the exam last week.

please note that there are only 50 questions on the pdf and not all the questions have the right answer. anyway, a part of these questions are on the exam... around 30 - 35. 
my advise is to check and review all the questions and answers with Juniper documentation. 
second thing, on juniper site you can find an exam ( practice exam) where you can test your knowledge.
