There is no gui. It's basically Lunux VM that you can run on another Linux KVM host. Once you're inside that vm, you can run some scripts to start the labs and also figure out how to ssh to devices. You might want to start with ~/setup/scripts/jncie_vm_setup.sh It's probably better to just take the configs and build something yourself in GNS3/Eve or whatever you usually use. This screams 'I have never attended a Juniper training course nor gone through their lab manual'. While you are waiting for a reply with no answer, you could google how to load a qcow2 file. Assuming you have done some Juniper training before and looked at a lab manual (which you should have by now if attempting JNCIE) then you wouldn't be clueless on where to start.
