This is a great learning resource, especially if anyone trying to understand how Firebase ties everything together in a real-world app. Turning a course project into something production-ready involves much deeper work around driver matching logic, payment flows, scaling, and stability. So, building something you actually plan to launch commercially, learning from scratch takes time. What I found personally is that going through a course like this first actually helped ask the right questions when later looked at ready-made platforms like Uberclone.co, Jungleworks, Yo!Taxi, and Elluminati. The learning wasn't wasted it just shifted how I used it. If the goal is to validate an idea and launch fast, many founders go that route first before committing to a full custom build. Both paths have their place just depends on where you are in the journey.
