CCIE EI v1.1 IPROUTE vs CLC vs SPOTO vs Narbik vs Octa vs INE which one is the best to enroll for CCIE

I really want to clear this year.

Spoto is running from China 

Iproute is running from India by Mr Arshad Dhunna (Very strong passing CCIE EI v1.1)

CLC is running from Turkey by Orhan Ergun (Fake Solution he just made team to get money from all he has no passing)

Narbik is very good for technology no doubt 

INE videos all available in market

Octa is good has passable solution.

SPOTO workbook is expensive...

SPOTO is the best in no small measure, but you'd need to use their remote thingy and limited hours of lab, etc. I prefer eve-ng version that they do not provide. abour $1500 for 3 month or so
C4C is another one that I think is close to SPOTO and uses PNETLab gear/software but allows you to run it on your own server. about $600

INE haven't published a CCIE EI v1.1 ONLY materials. Their course materials are a collective of years of publishing teaching materials (I mean OSPF is OSPF whether it's CCIE v5 or the new CCEI EI v1.1, right?). Their only problem is not having new materials to cover up some of the recent topics. Most importatnly, they don't have a v1.1. workbook which is a bummer!
